The overview
Texas-based Lulo Freight set out to connect shippers with available carrier capacity. A previous engagement left the product partially built, with critical commercial workflows missing. We assessed the existing system, completed the gaps and connected the full freight journey around a shared data model.

The challenge
The platform could not yet complete a freight transaction.
Pricing logic was incomplete, carrier load-board workflows were unfinished and driver, fleet and payment tools had significant gaps. Shippers could not reliably quote and book, while carriers could not manage the work end to end.
The goal was not another isolated feature release. Lulo needed quoting, assignment, tracking and payment to operate as one connected product before it could launch confidently.
