We built a role-aware platform that connects individual learners, corporate clients, trainers and administrators through one shared system.

The challenge
A trusted training operation held together by spreadsheets.
Coordinators tracked enrollments, matched trainers and issued certificates manually. Corporate cohorts arrived by email, while accreditation content was maintained separately. At thousands of learners, each handoff added delay.
Administrators could not get a live answer about filled sessions, learner progress or pending certificates without checking multiple sources. The platform needed to support the operation, not simply display its course catalog.
